Having worked in Customer Service since 1998, and undertaking roles in Banking, NHS front line, NHS admin and Office Manager of a small business, I have clocked up over 20 years in administrative skills.
One of my main strengths is that I understand the pressures of running a small business, I've got the T-Shirt so to speak.
